PhD Fellowship 2011 in Biotechnology Centre, University of Oslo

Target Scholarship The purpose of our research is to understand how DNA damage is felt, signals and repair. Special focus is to elucidate the role of DNA repair enzymes in the activation of signal transduction cascade that leads to activation of cell death response after treatment with anti-cancer drug. We used a genetic approach to cell, biology and biochemistry. We use C. elegans and human cell lines as model systems in our study.
